Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my very brief blog on the Insanity. I can say that I am tired of sorting through the countless Insanity Workout reviews on the web. I have lost hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds of weight in my lifetime. I have been a person with extreme times of dedication to the exercise and healthy foods that I have been eating, and I have worked so hard to be steadfast in my regimen. But I am also a person who seems to carry the weight of the world on my shoulders, and when it comes to stress, I internalize far more than I should. My friend and I have been reviewing paleo diet recipes for two days. She’s convincing me to try the paleo diet. If I have to base my decision on how she looks these days, I would want to try. She definitely looks better and she credits all of the physical improvements to the food that she has been eating these past few months.

So, what’s holding me back? As we go over the food that are allowed and not allowed in the diet, she said she doesn’t use salt anymore because our ancestors ate their food without salt. The prospect of eating bland food really made me think long and hard. How would cooked food taste without salt? This issue was not settled because it was time for my friend to leave for an appointment. I searched for other paleo recipes online and found salt among the ingredients.

I’ll have an interesting discussion on paleo recipes next time we meet.
